Is LeazePro free?
Yes, to start. Every plan includes unlimited properties and your first lease is free for life — no credit card needed. You only pay a one-time activation fee when you add more leases, and paid plans lower that fee.
How does per-lease pricing work?
Each lease has a one-time activation fee that depends on your plan and the lease length — longer leases cost less for each extra year. The fee is shown before you pay and is non-refundable once paid.
Do tenants have to pay anything?
No. LeazePro is always free for tenants. They sign in with their phone number to see their lease, pay rent, download receipts and raise repair requests.
Can I use it on a computer?
Yes. Everything works in your browser at app.leazepro.com as well as in the iPhone and Android apps, with the same account and the same data.
I already have tenants and a paper agreement. Can I still use it?
Yes. Add the property and the tenant, then upload the agreement you already have. You don't need to sign a new one.
How do tenants pay rent?
Online by UPI, card or netbanking through a secure payment gateway, or outside the app in cash or by bank transfer — the tenant records it and you confirm it, so the ledger stays complete.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time with no penalty. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never sold to third parties.
