Overview

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy applies to all subscription plans offered by Leazepro Private Limited ("Leazepro," "we," "our," or "us") through the Leazepro platform — including the website (leazepro.com), web app, and mobile applications.

By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms described in this policy. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

1. Products & Services

Leazepro offers a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) property management platform with the following subscription plans. All plans are billed in INR (₹).

All paid plans are month-to-month subscriptions with no lock-in period. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

  • From your account settings in the Leazepro web app or mobile application
  • By emailing us at admin@leazepro.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request"
  • By calling us at +91 9274724440 during business hours

2.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
  • After your subscription ends, your account will be downgraded to the Freemium plan (1 property, free forever).
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days after downgrade, after which excess data may be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Rule — No Refunds for Used Periods

Leazepro offers digital SaaS services that are delivered immediately upon payment. As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced and you have had access to the platform. This is consistent with standard practice for digital/software services under Indian consumer protection guidelines.

3.2 Eligible Refund Situations

We will process a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error.
  • Service Unavailability: The platform was inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid billing period due to issues on our end, and you were not able to use the service at all.
  • Unauthorised Transaction: A payment was made without your authorisation. You must notify us within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Payment Failure / Wrong Charge: You were charged an incorrect amount different from the published plan price.

3.3 New Subscriber — 7-Day Refund Window

If you are a first-time paid subscriber and you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have not used any premium features beyond basic exploration (e.g., have not created more than 2 properties, generated receipts, or downloaded reports).

To request this refund, email us at admin@leazepro.com within 7 days of payment with subject: "Refund Request – New Subscriber".

3.4 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the 7-day new subscriber window
  • Partial use of the subscription period
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • Account suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Features you did not use during the billing period
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)

4. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your refund request:

  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction/payment reference number
  • Date of the transaction
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshot or proof of payment (if applicable)

5. Processing Timeline

  • Refund requests are acknowledged within 2 business days of receipt.
  • We will review and communicate the decision within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster (1–3 business days). Card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks

If you believe a charge on your bank statement is incorrect or unauthorised, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.

For suspected fraud, please also notify your bank or card issuer immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refunds & Cancellations Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
